Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Cladding Specialist to join our team at The Recruitment Co.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation of various types of cladding systems on industrial and commercial buildings.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Installation of metal, composite panels, insulated panels, and other types of cladding systems.
  • Steel erection, including assembly and installation of structural steel frameworks.
  • Use of hand and power tools to cut, shape, and fit cladding materials.
  • Working at heights using scaffolding, mobile platforms, or other access equipment.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Essential Skills:
  • Proven experience in industrial cladding and steel erection.
  • Skilled in using hand and power tools related to cladding and steel erection.
  • IPAF/PASMA certification (desirable).
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Estimated Salary

The estimated salary for this role is £15-18 per hour.
