Cladding Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Cladding Specialist to join our team at The Recruitment Co. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to work on various cladding systems, steel erection, and technical drawing interpretation on industrial and commercial buildings.

• Installation of metal, composite, and insulated panels
• Steel erecting and structural framework assembly
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and plans
• Ensuring health and safety compliance on-site
• Use of hand and power tools for cladding
• Inspecting and maintaining tools and equipment
• Working at heights using scaffolding and access equipment

• Proven experience in industrial cladding and steel erection
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Skilled in using hand and power tools
• IAPF/PASMA certification (desirable)
• Comfortable working at heights and in challenging weather
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent problem-solving skills and proactive approach

Salary: Estimated $60,000 - $80,000 per annum depending on experience and qualifications.
