**Job Overview**

We are seeking a skilled Cladding Specialist to join our team at The Recruitment Co. in Daventry, Northamptonshire.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation of various types of cladding systems on industrial and commercial buildings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Installation of metal, composite panels, insulated panels, and other types of cladding systems
  • Steel erecting, including assembly and installation of structural steel frameworks
  • Use of hand and power tools to cut, shape, and fit cladding materials
  • Working at heights using scaffolding, mobile platforms, or other access equipment

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in industrial cladding and steel erection
  • Skilled in using hand and power tools related to cladding and steel erection
  • IPAF/PASMA certification (desirable)
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

Estimated Salary: £15-£18 per hour

This is a temporary to permanent opportunity, working Monday-Friday 7am-5pm.
