About the RoleThis is a fantastic opportunity to work with a reputable Local Authority in the South of England, who value flexibility and offer two tailored working models to suit your strengths and preferences:
- Non-Caseholding AMHP: Focus exclusively on urgent mental health assessments and crisis intervention, with 3-4 days per week dedicated to duty work.
- Caseholding AMHP: Combine your assessment duties with ongoing care coordination, balancing 1-2 days per week on duty with the management of a small, manageable caseload.
