Job Title: Senior Mental Health Professional

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and qualified Senior Mental Health Professional to lead our operations and clinical governance team. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve the quality and safety of our mental health services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including staff, service users, commissioners, and funders
  • Manage and develop a team of mental health professionals to deliver high-quality services
  • Contribute to the development and review of business plans and strategies

Requirements:

  • Fully qualified Advanced Mental Health Professional (AMHP)
  • Proven experience in leadership and management roles
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders to achieve shared goals
