Job Title: Senior Mental Health Professional

We are seeking a highly experienced and qualified Senior Mental Health Professional to join our team as Head of Operations and Clinical Governance. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead and manage our mental health services, ensuring the highest standards of care and quality.

About the Role

As a Senior Mental Health Professional, you will be responsible for leading and managing our mental health services, including care homes, counselling, and mental health services. You will work closely with our senior leadership team and board of trustees to develop and implement strategies for business growth and improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage our mental health services, ensuring the highest standards of care and quality.
  • Develop and implement strategies for business growth and improvement, working closely with our senior leadership team and board of trustees.
  • Manage and develop our team of mental health professionals, ensuring they have the necessary skills and training to deliver high-quality services.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, contractual, and regulatory obligations, including CQC and BACP requirements.
  • Develop and review clinical policies and procedures, ensuring they are in line with best practices.

Requirements
  • Fully qualified AMHP.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence others.
