Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement individual care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and provide expert nursing care to individuals with mental health conditions
  • Work closely with the management team to develop and improve services
  • Provide education and training to colleagues and individuals with mental health conditions
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Registered Nurse (RNLD) qualification
  • Current Pin Number
  • Experience working with individuals with mental health conditions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
