Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Chef Manager to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for managing our culinary team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality food services, and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise a team of chefs and kitchen staff to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the kitchen.
  • Develop and implement menus that meet the nutritional and dietary needs of our clients.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with our clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Monitor and control kitchen expenses, inventory, and supplies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a senior culinary manager or executive chef in a similar environment.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
