The salary for this position is approximately £23,264 per annum (pro rata), offering a competitive compensation package. Full and part-time hours are available, allowing you to balance your work and personal life.

No prior experience in social care is required, as we provide comprehensive training programs, including the Health and Social Care Diploma, to support your career growth and development.

You'll have the opportunity to engage in various activities, such as:

  • Supporting individuals with daily tasks, exploring community resources, and promoting independence.
  • Encouraging social interactions, building relationships with family and friends, and facilitating communication.
  • Assisting with financial management, ensuring individuals have control over their finances.
