### Requirements

* Provide positive parenting and support to our young people
* Possess exceptional communication skills and a sound working knowledge of current legislation
* Be open-minded, empathetic, and professional in your approach
* Essential Requirements:
* Full manual driving license
* Level 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare or equivalent
