Strategic Alliance Business Operations Manager

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Business Support Services Manager to join our team in London on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up the alliance's operating model, business systems, annual planning, financial reporting, and staffing model creation based on the alliance's agreed needs.
This is an excellent opportunity to work with a major railway client and contribute to delivering a 'best for programme' approach to their work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and implement the alliance's operating model and business systems
- Develop and manage annual planning and financial reporting processes
- Create and maintain a staffing model aligned with the alliance's needs
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have experience as a business manager in a project management, business transformation, or business change background, or a similar alliance-based position.
You should be able to demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid working environment.
Benefits
This role offers a competitive salary of £53,850 - £80,760 per annum, depending on experience.
You will also have the opportunity to apply for internal vacancies within the company, subject to the company's policy.
Work Arrangement
This position will be based in London and will involve working using the Hybrid model, with 2 days a week in the office and 3 working from home.
