Health and Safety Manager Role

We are seeking a skilled Health and Safety Manager to join our team at Mountain Healthcare. As a key member of our Clinical Services Division, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a robust health and safety management system across our businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing a comprehensive health and safety strategy to promote high standards of health and safety management.
- Carrying out risk assessments and conducting audits of all sites as required by legislation.
- Providing health and safety training for staff, including first aid and fire safety.
- Identifying areas where training or certification is required to meet legislative standards.
The ideal candidate will have experience in Health and Safety at work, be NEBOSH qualified, and have a strong understanding of working within a regulated environment. They will also possess strong auditing skills and the ability to communicate clearly with a range of people.
In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including enhanced sickness pay, enhanced maternity pay, and a pension scheme.
