The Role:

You will work as part of a well-established team providing residents with daily support to complete a range of tasks and activities within the residential service and out in the community. Duties will include supporting those with life-limiting disorders and supporting individuals with end-of-life care. You will also have the full support of a team of multi-disciplinary professionals for advice and guidance should this be needed.

The Candidate:

We are looking for an empathetic, caring, and resilient individual with a minimum of 6 months' experience of working within a social care setting in the UK. A driver with their own vehicle is desirable. You will need to hold a current Enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to obtain one. The right to work in the UK is also essential.
