Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a wide variety of fresh pasta dishes, from classic recipes to innovative creations that showcase culinary artistry.
  • Source, select, and work with high-quality ingredients to ensure the perfect texture and flavor in every dish.
  • Work closely with the Executive Chef to develop new pasta dishes and seasonal specials, keeping our menu fresh and exciting.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Evaluate every dish leaving the kitchen for presentation and taste quality.
Requirements
  • Pasta Enthusiast: You have a passion for pasta-making and a deep understanding of Italian cuisine.
  • Experienced: Previous experience as a Pasta Chef or in a similar role is preferred.
  • Detail-Oriented: You have an eye for precision and take pride in every dish you prepare.
  • Creative & Innovative: You enjoy experimenting with flavors and techniques to keep our pasta offerings exciting.
  • Efficient Under Pressure: You thrive in a fast-paced kitchen and can manage multiple tasks with ease.
  • Punctual & Reliable: Being on time and dependable is essential in our high-energy kitchen environment.
