Position Overview:We are seeking a passionate Bakery Chef de Partie and skilled to join our talented team, focusing on the creation of delectable pastries.


The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our HeadBakerin maintaining the high standards for which our bakery is known.

  1. Duties:
  • Assist In leading the production team
  • Help in executing the daily production
  • Ensure the right product standards are upheld
  • Identify improvements together in direct and indirect areas
  • Assist in drivinga process of excellence for the entire production unit
  • Help to implement the strongest safety and quality standards and ensure the highest hygiene standards in line with legislation and company policies

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience as aBaker, with a focus on pastries.
  2. Knowledge of baking techniques, pastry decoration, and flavour combinations.
  3. Ability to follow recipes accurately and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
  5. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  6. Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  7. Food safety and hygiene certification is a plus.

Education and Experience:

  • Culinary degree or equivalent experience in a professional bakery.
  • Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role in a bakery setting.
