We are seeking a highly skilled Records Business Partner to join our team at Barclays. As a key member of our Data & Records Management (DRM) function, you will play a critical role in enabling effective data governance, risk management, and compliance within the bank.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with local business units to implement data & records governance frameworks that meet their needs.
  • Provide guidance and support on records classification, retention, storage, retrieval, and disposal to business units.
  • Monitor data quality and records metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Identify opportunities for data improvement and optimisation.
  • Support business units in prioritizing data and ensuring decisions related to data & records are embedded in their BAU decision making and change programs.
  • Manage and mitigate risks through assessment, in support of the control and governance agenda.
Requirements
  • Financial services background with experience in Investment Bank and/or Management Consultancy.
  • Business analysis skills with proven experience in development and writing of project specifications.
  • Implementation of business process improvements.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Detail oriented with ability to produce high quality work.
