Job Title: Receptionist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Receptionist to join our team at Portico Corporate Reception Management. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide a warm and welcoming experience for all clients and guests
  • Manage the reception area, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling correspondence
  • Coordinate with the facilities team to ensure the smooth operation of the building
  • Assist with post and mail management
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and guests
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
