Job Summary:

CBRE Group, Inc. is a global leader in commercial real estate services and we are currently seeking a highly experienced Contract Management Specialist to join our team in covering a portfolio of manufacturing sites for one of our clients.

About the Role:

  • Manage contracts related to staff, operation, and maintenance of electrical and mechanical plants/services, project works, and building performance.
  • Lead the daily management of the Engineering team and ensure adherence to CBRE's disciplinary processes and procedures.
  • Direct and manage CBRE staff under their control as well as SSP's, ensuring adherence to working practices.
  • Monitor and report any matters impacting the smooth running of the building and facilities to both CBRE and the contracts Senior Management.
  • Liaise with the client and CBRE Area Manager on contract-related issues.
  • Develop and implement quality assurance measures to maintain high standards throughout facilities operations.
  • Communicate and implement business policies and processes within the contract.
  • Collaborate with other Operations Managers to drive business growth, improve team working, and support colleagues.
  • Create and manage contract financial plans for revenue and profit delivery, cost reduction, and contract growth.
  • Evaluate and maintain control systems to ensure compliance with statutory, policy, and contractual requirements.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, advice, coaching, and direct support to employees.
  • Communicate effectively through advice, review, leadership, and direct contribution to meetings, briefings, consultation forums, correspondence, and publications.
  • Develop a learning environment and provide training and development planning.
  • Be willing to attend on- and off-site training for plant and systems installations, which may require nights away from home.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

  • Significant experience in Facilities Management industry.
  • Proven subcontractor management expertise.
  • Familiarity with Health and Safety issues, NEBOSH/IOSH, or equivalent formal training desirable.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent English and Mathematics skills.

Salary Estimate: £65,000 - £80,000 per annum, dependent on experience and qualifications.
