Job Title: Regional Contract Manager
CBER Global Workplace Solutions is a leading provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management.
We are seeking an experienced Contract Management Specialist to join our team in covering a portfolio of manufacturing sites for one of our clients.
About the Role:
- Responsible for managing contracts related to staff, operation, and maintenance of electrical and mechanical plants/services, project works, and building performance.
- Oversee daily management of the Engineering team and ensure compliance with CBRE's disciplinary processes and procedures.
- Direct and manage CBRE staff under their control as well as SSP's, ensuring adherence to working practices.
- Report any matters impacting the smooth running of the building and facilities to both CBRE and the contracts Senior Management.
- Liaise with the client and CBRE Area Manager on contract-related issues.
- Ensure quality is maintained throughout facilities operations.
- Communicate and implement business policies and processes within the contract.
- Collaborate with other Operations Managers to develop the business, foster effective team working, and support colleagues.
- Develop contract financial plans for revenue and profit delivery, cost reduction, and contract growth.
- Evaluate and maintain appropriate control systems to meet statutory, policy, and contractual commitments.
- Provide leadership, guidance, advice, coaching, and direct support to employees.
- Deliver effective business communication through advice, review, leadership, and direct contribution to meetings, briefings, consultation forums, correspondence, and publications.
- Create a learning environment and provide training and development planning.
- Demonstrate willingness to attend on- and off-site training for plant and systems installations, which may require nights away from home.
Requirements:
- Experience in Facilities Management industry.
- Managing subcontractors on site.
- Familiarity with Health and Safety issues, NEBOSH/IOSH, or equivalent formal training desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Good English and Mathematics skills.
Salary Estimate: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
