About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Chef to lead our Prezzo kitchen, ensuring that we deliver the best possible dining experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Manage kitchen operations, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Ensure that all menu items are prepared to the highest standard, using only the freshest ingredients.
  • Lead a team of chefs, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are able to perform their duties to the best of their ability.
  • Develop and implement new menu ideas, working closely with the culinary team to ensure that they are innovative and appealing to our customers.
  • Monitor and control kitchen costs, ensuring that we are operating within budget.
  • Collaborate with the restaurant management team to ensure that we are meeting our customer service goals.
