Healthcare Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Healthcare Support Worker to join our team in the Emergency Department. This role is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and contribute to delivering high-quality patient care.

About the RoleThis is a Band 5 position, with an estimated salary of £21,475 - £28,462 per annum, depending on experience. The role involves working as part of a dynamic team to provide care for patients in a hospital setting.
The ideal candidate will have basic written maths and English skills, GCSE or level 2 equivalent maths and English qualifications, and a completed Care Certificate. A level 2 qualification in Health & Social Care is also desirable.
Main Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality person-centered care, including bathing and personal care duties
- Work collaboratively with registered nurses to ensure effective service delivery
- Maintain accurate records and adhere to Trust policies and procedures
