Adult Care Support Worker

About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Adult Care Worker to join our team in providing high-quality care to individuals with learning disabilities, severe physical disabilities, autistic spectrum disorder, challenging behaviour, mental health issues, and acquired brain injury.
Key Responsibilities
- To participate in the day-to-day implementation of individual support plans and activities within a challenging environment.
- To support service users with the preparation of meals, laundry duties, cleaning, and social events.
- To work as part of a team to provide high-quality care.
Requirements
- Diploma in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards one.
- Experience in supporting adults with challenging behaviour, learning disabilities, and/or mental health issues.
- The confidence to work alone or as part of a team.
- The passion to work with vulnerable adults.
- The desire and commitment to achieve high standards of safeguarding.

Salary
£22,000 - £25,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
