Norse Group is seeking a highly skilled Locality Care Manager to lead our night team in Norwich North. As a key figure in our organisation, you will be responsible for supervising staff, overseeing care provision, and promoting resident independence.
Key Accountabilities- Deliver high-quality care to our residents, setting an example through your own practice
- Work closely with home managers to ensure seamless care delivery and effective supervision of staff
- Develop and implement person-centred care plans that empower residents to make informed choices
- Champion resident independence and provide creative solutions to address their needs
- Previous experience in a similar role, such as care or supported housing
- A full UK driving licence and ability to travel across West Norfolk
- Passion for delivering exemplary care and commitment to Norse Group's core values
