Workshop Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Workshop Supervisor to join our team at Euro Projects Recruitment. As a Workshop Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our workshop, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the workflow of the workshop team
  • Ensure that all equipment and machinery are properly maintained and calibrated
  • Monitor and control inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking
  • Implement and maintain LEAN manufacturing techniques to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with the production team to identify and resolve any issues that may arise

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a workshop or manufacturing environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Knowledge of LEAN manufacturing techniques and principles
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
