We are seeking a caring and committed Care Provider to join our team in Maidenhead. As a key member of our team, you will deliver high-quality care to our clients in their own homes, promoting independence and dignity.

The successful candidate will work varied shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings, and will receive a competitive hourly rate of £13-£15, plus a 40p per mile allowance.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including guaranteed hours after completion of the probation period, paid holiday, paid mileage, loyalty awards, refer a friend bonus, QCF support, and paid care certificate training.

As a Care Provider, your duties will include:

  • Delivering personalized care and support to our clients
  • Assisting with daily living tasks, such as washing and dressing
  • Preparing healthy meals and snacks
  • Engaging in activities and providing companionship
  • Administering medication (if applicable)

You will need excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently. A reliable car for work use is also essential.

No prior experience is necessary, as we provide a comprehensive skills assessment program to support you in this role.
