Role Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Growth and Expansion Executive to join our team at beBee Professionals in Bury. This is a challenging yet rewarding sales role that involves managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying new opportunities to expand our business.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, with excellent communication and negotiation skills. You will be responsible for developing strategies to meet client needs and drive long-term business growth, while also preparing sales reports and forecasts for senior management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients, acting as their main point of contact.
  • Develop strategies to meet client needs and drive long-term business growth.
  • Identify new sales opportunities within the current client base.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts for senior management.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a sales role.
  • Strong understanding of CRM software and client relationship management.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
