Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a sales plan to increase revenues from new and existing clients
  • Work with the Apprentices and Skills Business Development Team to identify new business opportunities and stay informed about industry trends
  • Generate substantial sales growth with existing and new clients, focusing on technical training
  • Liaise with other employees to identify effective new business opportunity identification and referral
  • Utilise CRM systems and sales tools to track progress and manage pipelines
  • Achieve targets set within the business plan and report monthly on sales pipeline values
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Proven sales professional with experience in a service/solutions based role
