  • Ensure the site is maintained in a clean and tidy condition
  • Assist with the disposal of bulky items and survey the site to ensure it is safe and well-presented
  • Defuse conflicts and maintain a calm and collected manner in challenging situations
  • Complete necessary paperwork and maintain accurate records
  • Supervise a small team to ensure all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard
  • Immerse yourself in the team and contribute to a welcoming and approachable atmosphere

Requirements:

  • Experience in a fast-paced supervisor or team leader role
  • Knowledge of health and safety, people, and compliance
  • Basic ICT skills to complete necessary paperwork and maintain accurate records
  • Ability to operate mobile plant excavators (training and qualifications provided)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment
