We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Advanced Social Work Practitioner to join our team, working directly with vulnerable and at-risk young people across the Wakefield district.

About the Role

As an Advanced Social Work Practitioner, you will play a central role in achieving positive outcomes for children and young people in Wakefield District. You will engage with young people and their families, working collaboratively with partner agencies to promote resilience and positive change.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct work with children and young people
  • Collaboration with partner agencies, including the Police, Health, Education, and Youth Justice Service
  • Development and implementation of effective support plans
  • Monitoring and evaluation of progress
