Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Postperson with driving experience to join our team on a temporary basis. As a Postperson, you will be responsible for sorting parcels and letters, delivering mail to homes and businesses, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Sort and deliver parcels and letters to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  2. Drive a delivery vehicle to ensure the safe transportation of mail and parcels.
  3. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  4. Redirect wrongly-addressed mail and collect signatures for recorded and registered mail.

Requirements

  1. A valid UK manual driving license.
  2. Basic DBS check.
  3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  4. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
