Site Manager

Our client, a leading UK contractor, is seeking a Site Agent to manage water infrastructure projects from contract award through to completion.
Purpose of the Role:The Site Agent will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and delivery of water infrastructure projects, working closely with senior managers to ensure projects meet financial, quality, and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Allocate resources and manage site staff to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Report on contract progress and budget control to senior management.
- Ensure the implementation of safe systems of work and company safety policies.
- Monitor and enforce quality assurance and environmental systems.
- Provide line management and supervision for Sub Agents, General Foreman, and other site personnel.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders regarding project progress.
- Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (essential).
- Proven experience managing challenging projects with major clients.
- Competitive salary (GBP50,000 - GBP60,000 per annum).
