Site Manager

As a Site Manager at Vistry Group, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals to deliver high-quality construction projects. Your primary focus will be on ensuring compliance with health and safety policies, managing site operations, and maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement site-specific health and safety plans to ensure a safe working environment.
- Manage site resources, including equipment, personnel, and sub-contractors, to meet project deadlines and budgets.
- Collaborate with project managers and area build managers to prepare and review master build programs.
- Monitor progress, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions to maintain project momentum.
- Lead and motivate direct reports to achieve exceptional performance and results.
- Proven experience as a Site Manager or similar role in the construction industry.
- Valid SMSTS certificate and CSCS card at Site Manager level.
- Full UK driving license and ability to work at heights.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
- Valid Scaffold Appreciation Certificate and LOLER certificate.
- Trade background or relevant industry experience.
