Engineering Supervisor Opportunity
This is a fantastic chance to join a growing company in Northwich, Cheshire, as an Engineering Supervisor. The role involves managing a team of engineers, overseeing maintenance and projects, and contributing to the site's growth and development.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement proactive maintenance schedules for the engineering team.
- Lead the response to reactive breakdowns and manage the daily engineering meeting to discuss performance and ongoing work.
- Work closely with engineers to develop and progress their skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with the team to identify and implement improvements in processes and machine output.
- Ensure adherence to site Health & Safety rules and legislation.
Requirements
- Time-served / recognised apprenticeship (or equivalent) in a relevant engineering subject.
- Experience working in a similar senior level role as engineering shift manager, engineering supervisor, or engineering team leader, ideally in a similar industry.
- Ability to work at a fast pace and confidence in a manufacturing environment.
