Educational Support Worker

About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Education Support Worker to join our team at The David Lewis Centre. As an Education Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting students with complex health and educational needs to achieve their full potential.
">Salary Information: This is a full-time position with a salary starting at £23,685.75 per annum, plus generous weekend enhancements and bank holiday pay.
Job Description: We are looking for an individual who is enthusiastic, resilient, and determined to support students to succeed. Your primary responsibilities will include providing emotional support, helping with daily activities and personal care, and empowering students to grow and learn in every aspect of their lives.
">Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, a desire to learn and develop your skills in the health and education sector, and a car driver's license (preferably). While prior experience is not necessary, we are looking for proactive, empathetic, and passionate individuals who are ready to make a real impact.
