The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering excellent results via social media platforms, particularly in a start-up or scale-up environment. They will be responsible for creating and executing effective campaigns, working closely with a talented Marketing Manager and reporting to the Founder.

The role offers a unique opportunity to work with a close-knit remote team who are passionate about what they do. The company provides remote working, with one day per week in London for team meetings, as well as equity, unlimited holiday, and a pension.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of paid social media advertising and be able to execute a range of campaigns. They will also have a good eye for creative media and visuals, as well as the ability to be both strategic and execute in a hands-on capacity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to enhance the company profile and drive its evolution into a world-renowned brand.
  • Lead the creation and delivery of effective campaigns across social media platforms.
  • Work closely with the Marketing Manager to ensure seamless execution of marketing efforts.
  • Report to the Founder and provide regular updates on marketing progress.
  • Collaborate with the remote team to ensure alignment and effective communication.

Requirements:

  • Strong marketing experience, particularly across social media platforms.
  • Track record of delivering excellent results via social media platforms, particularly in a start-up or scale-up environment.
  • Deep understanding of paid social media advertising and ability to execute a range of campaigns.
  • Good eye for creative media and visuals.
  • Ability to be both strategic and execute in a hands-on capacity.
