About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our Pennine Care Learning Disability Care Hub. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and supervision to a team of psychologists and other mental health professionals.
Main Responsibilities
The Clinical Psychologist will work closely with other professionals to develop and deliver psychological pathways, conduct research and audit, and provide training and education to staff. They will also be responsible for managing demand for psychological services and supporting other professionals in their provision of direct psychosocial work.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a postgraduate doctoral level training in clinical psychology, current registration with the Health and Care Professions Council, and experience of clinical leadership and supervision. They will also have knowledge of the national and regional legislation, guidance and policy directives in relation to the development and delivery of psychological therapies with people with a Learning Disability.
