Job Requirements and Expectations

This part-time position involves working as a Senior Teaching Assistant across the whole school, predominantly in Key Stage 2, and includes the role of Midday Supervisor for 5 hours a week. The successful candidate will provide highly effective support for pupils' learning, effective teacher liaison, and good classroom management.

The ideal candidate will have experience in working with pupils across the whole school, be familiar with the ELSA support program or similar, and have experience in supporting pupils with wellbeing and mental health issues and delivering targeted interventions.

In addition to these requirements, the successful candidate will be able to work flexibly as part of a dedicated staff team with high expectations in our small, family-friendly school.
