Job Overview
The Liverpool Women's NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Gynaecology Oncology Consultant to join our esteemed team. This whole-time locum post offers an exciting opportunity to work alongside experienced consultant nurses and general gynaecologists in the rapid access clinics, facilitating prompt diagnosis and providing a link between services.

With over 500 cancer referrals annually, the Liverpool Women's Hospital is one of the five busiest Gynae Oncology centres in England. Our team provides comprehensive care for patients with suspected gynaecological cancer, including triage, Rapid Access Clinics, diagnostics, and surgical management.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing patients at secondary care level within oncology, including early-stage low-grade endometrial cancer and ovarian masses with a low risk of malignancy. You will also support the running of the weekly Unit MDT and contribute to the development of tumour-specific pathways for endometrial, ovarian, cervical, vulval, and vaginal cancers.

We offer a competitive salary package estimated to be around £120,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. In addition to your annual leave entitlement, you will receive generous benefits, including pension scheme membership and flexible working arrangements.
