Assistant Aftercare Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Coordinator to join our customer care team as an Assistant Aftercare Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading volume housebuilder and contribute to the delivery of exceptional customer care.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate the resolution of defects at handover and end of defects period, working closely with inspection teams.
- Oversee the Developer Aftercare teams to ensure defects are fixed within agreed timeframes.
- Reassign defects not resolved within expected timeframes.
- Monitor ongoing repair work to ensure contract standards are met.
- Arrange visits to review defects, poor workmanship, or concerns.
- Work collaboratively with teams to find solutions to problems.
- Keep track of sub-contractor performance and address recurring issues.
- Manage final inspection process at end of defect liability period.
- Report on aftercare issues to Aftercare Lead, including developer, inspector, and sub-contractor performance.
- Experience working for a volume housebuilder.
- Strong understanding of complicated and latent defects.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Strong knowledge of development and construction process.
- Experience using defect tracking systems like clixifix.
- Friendly, professional, and approachable manner.
