About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant Psychiatrist to join our team at St Andrew's Healthcare. As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for leading a multi-disciplinary team and overseeing the management of patients with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care and treatment
  • Develop and implement innovative strategies to improve patient outcomes and service delivery
  • Collaborate with colleagues to promote a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
  • Provide leadership and guidance to junior staff members
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to ensure best practice

Requirements

  • MRCPsych or equivalent qualification
  • CESR or CCT in Forensic Psychiatry, Learning Disability Psychiatry, or General Adult Psychiatry
  • Proven experience in leading a team and managing complex patient cases
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders
