Estimated Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 per year

As a Chief Digital Strategy Officer at AICPA, you will oversee the digital strategy and projects within our organization. You will manage a team of web developers and designers, ensuring that projects are delivered successfully and on time. Your responsibilities will include project planning, website design and development, technical expertise, and quality assurance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate project updates to stakeholders, and monitor website performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the overall digital strategy for AICPA.
  • Manage a team of web developers, designers, and other professionals involved in digital projects.
  • Monitor and optimize web application performance, user experience, and conversion rates.
  • Manage the digital infrastructure, including web servers, databases, cloud platforms, and networking components.
  • Assist in day-to-day production/non-production issues, act as escalation point to resolve urgent and/or complex issues and manage expectations.
  • Contribute to training materials and/or instructions for end-users.
  • Understand how AICPA's applications interact with different systems and business processes to ensure they operate smoothly.
  • Provide regular verbal and written communications regarding status, risks, issues, as well as makes recommendations for remediation or change.
  • Provide information proactively to support partners and business areas as well as 3rd party vendors directly or indirectly affected by the network or data center infrastructures.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in advanced (e.g. Tier 2 or Tier 3) software support and development including Web.
  • Proficient in web development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js). Familiarity with server-side languages like PHP, Python, or Ruby on Rails may also be necessary.
  • Understanding of front-end and back-end web development principles and best practices.
  • Proficient with responsive design, user experience (UX), and user interface (UI) design concepts. Should be able to provide input on website layouts, navigation, and overall user flow to create intuitive and visually appealing interfaces.
  • A solid understanding of web standards, accessibility guidelines (e.g., WCAG), and best practices is crucial. Should ensure that websites and web applications adhere to these standards, optimizing compatibility and usability across different browsers and devices.
