Job Summary:

We are seeking a Lead Sports Therapist and Medical Coordinator to join our team at Comunidadlift. As a key member of our medical department, you will be responsible for managing, coordinating, and supervising all medical provision for our Women's Senior Team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with elite athletes and contribute to their success.

About the Role:

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a high level of expertise in sports therapy and medical coordination. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing physiotherapy services, implementing evidence-based practice, and utilizing advanced clinical reasoning skills during the rehabilitation process. They will also ensure effective communication with all MDT staff members across the academy age-groups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage, coordinate, and supervise all medical provision for the Women's first team.
  • Provide physiotherapy services to all Women's players and PDP players.
  • Implement evidence-based practice and utilize advanced clinical reasoning skills during the rehabilitation process.


Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must have a BSc in Physiotherapy or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years' membership to the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy. You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to prioritize workload and work effectively under pressure. A full UK driving license and car are also essential for this position.

Salary:

We offer a competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance and pension scheme contributions, you will also receive ongoing training and development opportunities to support your career growth.
