About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Community Care Worker to join our team in Swindon. As a key member of our care team, you will be delivering high-quality care that makes a meaningful impact on the lives of adults in their own homes.

This is an opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, each with unique needs and requirements. You will be responsible for providing personal care and support, companionship, live-in care, promoting independence, medication support, and specialist clinical care, among other tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delivering person-centred care that meets the individual needs of our clients
  • Assisting with daily tasks to ensure comfort and dignity
  • Providing companionship and emotional support to reduce feelings of loneliness
  • Supporting clients with limited mobility and complex care needs
Requirements
  • A minimum of 6 months of professional care experience or equivalent experience caring for a loved one in the UK
  • The ability to assist clients with limited mobility comfortably
  • The right to work in the UK
  • A valid driver's licence and reliable access to a personal vehicle

Salary Information

The salary for this role is from £13.70 to £19.89 per hour, depending on shift and experience.
