About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a prestigious professional services organisation as an Administration Assistant. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Office Administrator, ensuring the smooth running of the office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reception duties, including greeting visitors and serving refreshments for client meetings.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing post, call handling, receiving deliveries, and scanning documents.
  • Monitoring office supplies and re-ordering items as necessary.
  • Updating client contacts database and preparing client forms, including electronic verification.
  • Preparing engagement letters and binding hard copy documents.
  • Supporting with organising group events and providing general administrative support.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require recent experience of working in an office environment (minimum 2 years) and excellent communication skills.
