We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our team at Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing specialist psychological assessment and treatment to young people with complex mental health needs in a secure children's home setting.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments of young people to identify their mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
- Provide evidence-based psychological therapies, including Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy, to support young people in achieving their goals and improving their mental health.
- Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care and support for young people, including residential staff and other healthcare professionals.
- Supervise and support other psychological professionals, including Assistant Psychologists, to ensure high-quality care and development of their skills.
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to maintain expertise and stay up-to-date with best practices in the field.
