Clinical Psychologist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Practitioner Psychologist or accredited CBT Therapist to join our dynamic Early Intervention in Psychosis (EIP) service in Hailsham, West East Sussex.
About the RoleThis part-time position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, providing psychological assessments and NICE recommended interventions across the lifespan. You will be part of a welcoming team of Psychological Professionals who work across different services in the local area.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and develop effective treatment plans for service users and their families.
- Deliver NICE recommended psychological interventions, including CBT and other evidence-based approaches.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic support and promote effective recovery.
- Contribute to the development of the EIP service, including the design and delivery of training programs and workshops.
- Participate in clinical supervision, peer support, and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and expertise.
We are looking for a qualified Practitioner Psychologist or accredited CBT Therapist with:
Post-graduate doctoral level training in applied psychology, including models of psychopathology, clinical psychometrics, and lifespan developmental psychology.Professionally registered as a Practitioner Psychologist with the Health Professions Council (HPC).Experience of working with diverse client groups, including those with complex mental health needs.Strong knowledge of research design and methodology, including complex multivariate data analysis.High level of knowledge and skills in neuropsychology and evidence of further practice and/or training since qualification.Evidence of continuing professional development as required by the HPC.What We OfferWe offer a supportive and dynamic work environment, with opportunities for career progression and professional development.
