We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our Integrated Health and Emotional Wellbeing Service at Lansdowne Secure Children's Home in Hailsham, East Sussex.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for assessing and treating young people with complex mental health difficulties, as well as providing consultation and support to care and education staff. This is a 30-hour per week role, working Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and treat young people with complex mental health difficulties
- Provide consultation and support to care and education staff
- Supervise other psychological professionals, including Assistant Psychologists
- Work closely with the wider multi-disciplinary health team

Person SpecificationWe are looking for a Clinical Psychologist with:
Doctoral level training in applied psychologyProfessionally registered as a Practitioner Psychologist with the Health Professions CouncilExperience of specialist psychological assessment and treatment of clients across the full range of care settingsExperience of working with a wide variety of client groups, including those with complex mental health difficultiesWhat We OfferWe offer a competitive salary, excellent benefits, and opportunities for career progression.
