Job Description:

We are seeking a temporary to permanent Law Firm Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our legal department.

Responsibilities:

  1. Document Preparation: Prepare and review legal documents, including contracts and briefs, to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  2. Research and Compliance: Conduct research to support cases and legal arguments, utilizing industry software and tools. Verify compliance documents against relevant legislation, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
  3. Record Keeping: Organize and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of case files and supporting documentation.
  4. Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks, including answering phone calls and managing correspondence.

Requirements:

  • Possess strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Familiarity with legal software and tools, such as case management systems, is highly desirable but not essential.
  • Previous experience in a similar role or completion of a legal qualification is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with excellent IT skills.
