About the Role

We are seeking talented and dynamic graduates with a keen interest in family law to join our Paralegal Academy team in Nottingham on a full-time basis.

The successful candidates will provide client and solicitor support within the legal team, attend upon clients, draft legal documents, deal with legal aid applications, and complete direct casework. They will also provide support in administration, including supporting reception for lunch cover and annual leave.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for graduates to gain invaluable experience within a professional legal firm and benefit from the opportunities provided within a busy team working on a varied caseload in all areas of family law matters.

Key Requirements
  • Students towards the end or at the end of their third year or a 2:1 graduate
  • Must have a keen interest in family law and progressing within law
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Passion for family law and social justice
  • Hours of work: 9-5pm, Monday – Friday
Ongoing Training and Development

We offer ongoing training and professional development directed at supporting qualifying candidates on a route to qualifying as a legal professional by way of training contract or the SQE. Our trainees will also have access to extensive family law training material and one-to-one mentoring throughout by the head and deputy head of the Academy.
