Job Title: Global Operational Senior Risk Officer - Trade & Working Capital Solutions

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Operational Senior Risk Officer to join our team in Belfast. As a key member of our Operational Risk Management (ORM) team, you will play a critical role in identifying, assessing, and mitigating operational risks across our Trade and Working Capital Solutions (TWCS) products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide oversight and coverage of TWCS products in TTS, ensuring alignment with the Operational Risk Management Policy and Framework.
  • Support and coordinate ORM TTS coverage of TWCS across regions, clusters, and functions.
  • Establish and oversee the application of operational risk policies, technology, and tools to minimize losses from failed internal processes, inadequate controls, and emerging risks.
  • Independently assess risks and drive actions to address root causes of operational risk losses.
  • Collaborate with In-Business Risk & Control and Independent Risk Teams to ensure effective risk management.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with business users and Lines of Defense to understand and deliver customer requirements.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in operational risk management, preferably in a global banking environment.
  • Strong knowledge of TTS products and processes, as well as operational risk management principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship management skills.
  • Detailed-oriented with analytical skills and expertise in Microsoft Office Tools.
  • Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred.
